1987

In 1987, Immotout was established as a passive real estate company, initially concentrating on the rental of houses and apartments.

 

1992

In 1992,  the company Anim was founded. It was a real estate company focused on the rental of apartments.

 

2005

In 2005, the company Mathel was founded with the aim of actively managing the real estate portfolios of the companies Immotout and Anim, as well as renovating, building, and converting existing and new properties

 

2011

In 2011, a branch was opened in France with the aim of buying, renovating, and renting apartments. At that time, the holding company Mathelgroup was also established above the various companies    We specialize in two sectors: the rental of houses/apartments  and the retail market

 

2019

In 2019, the two companies Anim and Immotout were merged into the NV Mathelinvest.

 

2022

In 2022, the branch in France was split off and became an independent company in the form of an SCI, with houses and apartments aimed at tourist rentals in the popular Agde on the Mediterranean Sea, known for sun, sea, and all nautical activities
